Yes. Try the calendar with your groups and dates first. You can explore without an account; create one to save your house, then invite the others when you're ready.
Choose "Build it yourself" to put your existing plan on the calendar. Or start with a rotation and change individual dates afterward, so the family that always gets the Fourth of July can keep it.
It's best if everyone joins, so each person can see the calendar, book their own dates, and get reminders. But if your great-aunt doesn't do email, she can still come. You can hold dates for her when you're allowed to book them. They'll show under your name, so you'll be the one to keep her posted.
